It is strange.  I still get e-mails from Perry Belcher… promoting programs, webinars, etc..But, in March of this year, he lost a fortune due to his criminal activities.

According to the Memphis Commercial Appeal:

Belcher, who now lives in Texas, pleaded guilty last September for computer crimes over $60,000 and was sentenced to 10 years probation. Local, state and federal officials seized the home in Eads, the land, cars, trucks and $1 million in bank accounts.

Perry seems like a nice guy, but if he is such a great guy, how could he do the things that he clearly has done?  (He pleaded guilty.)  (For greater detail on some of the activities he was involved in, click here.)

And, yet, he still promotes every internet marketer under the sun.  There are definitely some people in this industry with some good things to say.  But, there are people who give the aura of being sheisters out for your money.  It is clear that people like Jeff Johnson, Ryan Deiss, among others, are rallying around Perry, trying to help him out  – as friends.  Commendable.  I just find it strange that after being involved with criminal activity to this degree, how does one go back to business as usual?

In an industry that revolves around credibility, he has lost it ALL.
