Jim Banks
Jim Banks is a well-known real estate investor and speaker on the subject. When he first started working, he had a strong career in a software firm. He would later learn of the potentials that real estate offered and made his move into this marketplace. He also focuses on probate properties. Probate investing does not require any specialized training or qualifications. Individuals will do well in this area if they have the abilities and the knowledge to find the right investment opportunities.
As a real estate investment guru, Jim Banks teaches others what he learned. Probate investments have long been his focus. His opinion is that every house is a storehouse of treasure, and in that it means that, each house is an opportunity to gain profit. Right off the bat, Mr. Banks made a sizable profit by finding various real estate bargains. This helped to keep him interested in the opportunity and helped him to view probate investing as an exciting opportunity.
With is knowledge and growing interest in probate investing, Jim Banks took to the world of seminars, where he teaches others to follow the same path that he has. His 20 years of investing history is his foundation for his knowledge. The entire process started with the purchase of one home for just $30,000. He was able later to sell that property for $95,000. This nice net profit of $57,500 helped to give him the passion about the industry. With this profit in mind, he set out to study law to learn more about probate investing. He later obtained a real estate license.
With his license, he was able to develop a stronger and more profitable probate investing business. This allowed him to invest in probate real estate, but also in personal property investing and later in automobiles. The entire process has helped to create one large business that Jim Banks says is one of the best routes for becoming wealthy through real estate.
In an effort to help educate others about the benefits of probate investing, Jim Banks offers a variety of seminars and coaching events. Some of these seminars are available freely as an effort to draw people in to this rather unknown area of real estate investing. Currently, Jim Banks offers numerous seminars around the world, though they are not for free, usually offering four to six of them twice a year. The seminars are often small, with no more than 50 participants in the cities he visits. This is a goal of the seminar in that it allows for a very personal level of attention from Mr. Banks himself.
In addition to this type of training and coaching, Jim Banks has introduced J. G. Banks Institute. This is a probate investing education, so to speak. This particular seminar offers a much more in depth look at probate investing. It gears towards serious investors and those who need more information to get started.
While there is some claim that, some of the laws and methods he teaches are not acceptable nationwide, many find that Jim Banks offers a very thorough education plan and profitable method for working with real estate.
