John Beck
John Beck is a known real estate industry guru, being one of the first to speculate on forced sales in the industry. Known foremost for his success as a California attorney, John Beck has found a way to incorporate his expertise with the law into his dealings with real estate, and has also authored a variety of successful books on the subject.
John Beck began his varied career in law after attending school for his degree, but then also, received his M.B.A. in taxation and real estate to compliment his discipline in law. Aside from practicing law from his small law practice in California, John Beck also had begun a number of pursuits to include real estate investing, consulting, teaching, and authoring.
Over the past fifteen years, John Beck has exercised his extensive knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry by developing investments in tax lien certificates in a variety of states. To date, he has purchased over 1,000 tax lien properties in states to include: Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, New York, Texas, and Arizona.
John Beck is also an established speaker in educating novice investors about his experience and story getting to the investing success story that he now lives. He conducts regular seminars in California on real estate tax lien properties, as well as discusses foreclosures and related subject matter around the country on radio and tv as the expert in the industry that he is.
John Beck has also sought to inform the public how to successfully invest in properties that have been foreclosed through a variety of well appointed books. Some of his most popular books sold are: The Forced Sale Workbook, The Complete Guide to Real Estate Foreclosure Super Bargains in California, Take This House, Please! And The Complete Guide to Buying Real Estate Owned by Lenders volumes 1 and 2.
